RedditBrief provides AI-generated summaries of content from Reddit.com based on user-selected preferences. The Service aggregates, summarizes, and delivers this information via email and SMS.

You understand that the Service is dependent on the availability of third-party platforms (Reddit) and third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to specific subreddit data or 100% accuracy in summaries.

3. AI & Content Disclaimer

Accuracy: Our summaries are generated using Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for quality, AI may occasionally produce hallucinations, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations of source material. You should verify important information directly on Reddit.

Source Content: We do not claim ownership of the content posted on Reddit. Summaries are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

4. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions: Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are subject to change with notice. Payments are processed via Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the API, or engage in suspicious activity.

5. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages related to your account and requested summaries. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedditBrief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
